Following layout planning, it is necessary to determine personnel requirements and floor conveyor capacities. To this end, we carry out cycle analyses and detailed cycle time calculations, as recommended in VDI 2391, for example.

Thus, at an early phase in the planning process, we can already gauge the in-house logistics costs that will be incurred upon implementation of the proposed system.
