Material Flow Planning

Our first step is to analyze the actual state of the overall material flow.

This analysis must be carried out for the entire process chain and should not be limited to specific areas, such as one department or one plant in the corporate network.

Our material flow planning consists of:
> Establishment of the planning data
> Overview of company-specific
   processes
> Comparison of these processes with the
   planning data from this
> Derivation of the basic principles and
   conditions for further planning.

We work with a CAD system from the analysis stage on, so that we can update and supplement existing plant layouts at any time. Taking measurements to determine the dimensions of existing facilities and recording the current situation in digital form is an inherent part of our task at this stage.
